Signing In and Account Access
This guide explains how to create an account, log in, and manage your login details on CitySocializer.
Creating an account or logging in
You can sign up or log in using whichever option feels easiest:
- Email and password

Using Google or Facebook
Google and Facebook are used only to authenticate you at sign up or log in.
Once you’re inside CitySocializer, your activity is managed by CitySocializer. We do not share your in app activity with Google or Facebook for tracking.
Using more than one login method
If you accidentally log in using a different method with the same email address, your accounts can be linked so everything stays under one profile.
If you cannot access the account you expected, contact us through Chat Support and we will help you recover access.
Password, email, and phone updates
You can manage your login details here:
- Reset your password: Forgot password
- Update your email: Update email
Some changes, such as updating your email address, require confirmation through a link sent to your inbox.
Completing your profile
To join Socials, your profile needs to be completed (first and last name, city, and a profile picture)
