Made improvements to the reset password and update email flows to make them more reliable.

Added Facebook login as an option to create your account.
Added a `Last used` badge to remind you which login method you used the last time you logged in: Google, Facebook, or Email and password.

Fixed a bug that prevented a tiny portion of users from being able to attend Socials, even though they've completed their profiles.

When you RSVP to a Social, you can now click `Add to Calendar` to add a reminder to your preferred calendar: Google, Apple, Outlook, and others.

When you RSVP to a Social, you will receive an email confirming your RSVP and making it easy to add the Social to your Calendar on your email app. You can disable this email notification in your notification preferences.

Fixed a bug where hosts were seeing people who RSVP'd as well as those who canceled their attendance when attempting to mark attendance during or after the Social.
